If you have received credit for any tier of a multi-tiered reward offer, you may have noticed that you are no longer able to submit missing credit requests under that same offer. The system incorrectly prevents submissions, mistakenly treating all tiers as credited once any tier in the offer is credited.
Users may receive incorrect error messages when attempting to contact support for an offer that has previously had a tier credited. This leaves users without a way to report issues with subsequent tiers.
Note: This issue only impacts multi-tier reward offers.
Impact
Users attempting to submit support requests for uncredited tiers in a multi-reward offer are blocked from doing so.
Scenario:
A user begins a multi-tiered reward offer.
They complete Tier 1 (e.g., installing an app) and are credited for it automatically.
They proceed to Tier 2 (e.g., reaching Level 10) but do not receive credit for completing it.
When they attempt to report this issue via the contact support form, they encounter the error message.
The user cannot submit their claim and has no other recourse within the system.
