Creating a thriving ecosystem means that we need to set some standards for how to interact with our systems to ensure a great experience for everyone. We wrote these rules to clarify how to be a good citizen of the Revenue Universe.

Use support channels for their intended purposes. Don’t spam us or file miscategorized requests.
Treat our people with kindness. The RevU customer support team is made up of real people. We have feelings; don’t hurt them. That means no cursing, threatening, or other abusive behavior. Don’t submit images containing inappropriate content, pornography, graphic violence, or anything else that may be distressing for our staff to view. We don’t tolerate any abuse towards our team.
Be fair to the network
Complete offers fairly and honestly
One account per person. Personal use only. That means no making secondary accounts, selling accounts, or sharing accounts.
Provide genuine feedback when completing surveys or providing opinions.
Follow the requirements of each offer, by completing them honestly and as instructed by the offer provider.
Follow the law. Users must comply with all local laws and regulations.
Be kind to the systems
Engage our services in the manner they were intended
Be yourself. No falsifying or obscuring your device details, location, IP address, or any other information. No circumventing any technologies used for maintaining the integrity of the services.
Don’t mess with stuff. No reverse-engineering, hacking, botting, or scraping of our systems. Users are prohibited from trying to disrupt regular operations, interfere with, alter, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Don’t attempt to exploit any loopholes, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
RevU reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates the code of conduct or terms of service.
This document supplements our Terms of Service. In cases of conflicts between our Terms of Service and the Code of Conduct, the Terms of Service takes precedence.
