If your offer shows as credited on your RevU screen, this means we have sent the credits to your account. Once the offer is credited, we release the funds immediately. We do not hold credits or keep an account balance in RevU once you've qualified for the offer.
You will need to contact the support for the site you access RevU through for information about your credits not being issued to your account. Some sites, especially those that provide cashback rewards hold completions for verification. We do not control or even have any visibility on the status of the credits entering your account after we issue them.
