What common error codes mean

Updated over 7 months ago

If you have encountered any of these error codes while using our offerwall, please refer to the explanations below to understand why you may have received them and what actions you can take.

We are unable to service the request: 1, 2, or 200

Meaning: These error codes indicate that you or someone in your household has already completed the offer and are not eligible to do it again. Please note that all offers are limited to one per person, per household and are not repeatable.

Resolution: While you won't be able to complete this offer, please try one of the other many offers we have available.

Your request to this system has been declined: 216

Meaning: Your account has been blocked from contacting customer service or filing missing reward requests, generally due to fraudulent activity or submitting excessive illegitimate requests.

Resolution: You are free to continue to use RevU and earn credits for completing offers, however, you do so at your own risk because the support option has been disabled on your account.

We are unable to service the request (81000, 81001, 81002, 81003) or Your request to this system has been declined (96, 316)

Meaning: If you receive any of these error codes, it means that your account has been banned due to violations of our Terms of Service or an Advertiser's terms.

Resolution: You will no longer be able to participate in the offerwall through this account or any others. Do not attempt to use our service in the future as it will result in lost credits.

The link you have clicked on does not permit connections from your IP address

Meaning: Your internet connection has been flagged by our system as a VPN, proxy server, commercial network, or network that has been blocklisted.

Resolution: First, disable any VPNs. Apple users should also check that iCloud Private Relay is disabled. Next, try accessing RevU from a different network. If you're still having trouble, check your IP address using a network analysis tool (like ipqualityscore.com/ip-reputation-check) to see what might be causing the issues, and then contact us to troubleshoot further.
