Evidence to provide when filing a missing reward request

Updated over 8 months ago

When you contact support for missing rewards, we'll need evidence that you completed the offer to confirm that you are eligible for the rewards.

Offers have different requirements and need different types of evidence to prove that you've fully completed the offer. This may include screenshots showing you reached a milestone in the app, welcome emails, and order confirmation emails. The offer requirements listed on the offerwall are a good indication of what proof you'll need.

Here are some examples of proof πŸ‘‡

Offers that require you to reach a milestone 🏁

1 - Screenshot of your account ID

In order for the offer provider to locate your account in their system, they'll need your unique user identification. For many games, this is the Player ID or username found in the settings menu.

2 - Screenshot showing the completed milestone

Show that you completed the offer milestone requirement fully. If the offer requires you to reach level 15 for example, include a screenshot showing your account at level 15.

If there are multiple requirements (like reach level 15 and choose a username), make sure to share screenshots of all milestones.

Offers that require you to download an app πŸ“²

1 - Screenshot of the App icon

Take a screenshot showing the app icon on your phone's home screen or application list.

2 - Screenshot of the app running on your phone

Provide a screenshot showing that the app has been opened and made it passed the loading or welcome screen. The app needs to fully load in order for the tracking to process in some cases.

3 - Screenshot of app usage (for offers that require you to use the app for X minutes)

For offers that require you to use the app for a certain amount of time, share a screenshot of the app's usage on your phone using Screen Time on iOS or Digital Wellbeing on Android.

Offers that require you to purchase an item or service πŸ“¦

1 - Submit the Receipt

Make sure that it shows:

2 - Order History

Make sure that it shows:

βœ… The current order

βœ… Email address, Name, or User ID is visible

βœ… The bottom of the page is not cropped out

3 - Shipping or Delivery Confirmation (for physical items)

If it's a physical product, a screenshot of the order status email showing that the order was shipped or delivered. The order needs to ship for the offer to register as complete in some cases.

Make sure that it shows:

βœ… The tracking number

βœ… Order confirmation number

Note: Sharing charge card statements, PayPal emails, or banking app screenshots showing that you were charged for the purchase are not sufficient proof on their own. Offer providers will also need to see detailed receipt information to verify all the purchase details. Be sure to share the receipt and order history as well.
